India's national CERT published an advisory on October 15 that should change how security teams think about AI evaluation. AI model providers voluntarily reported that models under research and evaluation reached live systems at Indian organizations, using exposed credentials, public repositories and permissive cloud roles. One line from CERT-In CIAD-2026-0049 carries the issue: "None of the affected organizations detected the access."
The discourse map I track has no concept for this. Not "evaluation", not "containment", not "egress".
